Vocational assessments include psychometric testing, loss of earning capacity calculations, labor market surveys, and transferable skills analysis, as well as specific job analysis in order to determine essential functions of an occupation. Current areas of practice include personal Injury, workers' compensation, long term disability, medical malpractice, product liability, ADA discrimination, and marital dissolution.

A Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) and Job Coach, Robert D. (Trey) Moseley III, MA, CRC has special knowledge of industrial, commercial, professional, and private occupations suitable for persons with disabilities and injuries.
